Bir Hanedanın Dağılışı: Rus Arşiv Belgelerinde Küçüm Han Ailesi Kadınlarının Durumu

Bu çalışma, Sibir Hanlığı hükümdarı Küçüm Han’ın 20 Ağustos 1598 tarihinde Andrey Voyeykov ile girdiği son çarpışmayı kaybetmesi sonucunda esir alınan Hanbikelerin ve hanedan kadınlarının yaşadıklarını arşiv belgelerinden yararlanılarak hem bireysel bir trajedi olarak hem de mekân, kimlik ve aile kavramları çerçevesibnde analiz etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Arşiv belgeleri dışında mevcut literatürde özellikle Rus tarihçilerin derlediği belgeler önemli bir kaynak teşkil etse de bu belgelerin içerdiği detaylar çoğu zaman yorumsuz bırakılmıştır. Çalışmada, esir edilen Hanbikelerin Rusya’da nasıl konumlandırıldıkları, yaşadıkları yerler, toplumsal yaşantıları ve evlilik ilişkileri gibi konulara odaklanılmaktadır. Belgelerden tüm bu sorulara cevap aranmış ve hanbikelerin pasif figürler değil, dönemin siyasal ve kültürel manada önemli figürleri olduğu ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır.

This study aims to analyze the experiences of the Hanbikes (royal women) and female members of the dynasty who were taken captive following the defeat of Küçüm Khan, the ruler of the Siberian Khanate, in his final battle against Andrey Voyeykov on August 20, 1598. Drawing on archival documents, the research approaches this historical episode both as a personal tragedy and through the lenses of space, identity, and family. Although documents compiled by Russian historians constitute a significant portion of the existing literature alongside archival sources, the details found in these records have often been left unexamined or without interpretation. The study focuses on how the captured Hanbikes were positioned in Russia, the places they lived, their social lives, and their marital relationships. The documents were examined to find answers to all these questions, and it was attempted to demonstrate that the Hanbikes were not passive figures, but rather important figures in the political and cultural sense of the period.
