Ordu University Journal of Education Faculty is an international, peer-reviewed, and open-access academic journal that publishes high-quality scholarship in education and education-related disciplines. The Journal’s primary aim is to advance educational knowledge by disseminating original research that contributes to both educational theory and practice, adheres to ethical standards, and demonstrates methodological rigor and scholarly significance.
The Journal welcomes empirical studies (quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods), research syntheses (systematic reviews, meta-analyses, scoping reviews), conceptual and theoretical papers that critically engage with current debates, and manuscripts proposing new theoretical frameworks, models, measurement instruments, or methodological approaches for investigating educational phenomena. When appropriate, submissions that provide strong implications for policy and practice are encouraged.
The Journal’s audience includes researchers and academics, teachers and teacher educators, school leaders and administrators, assessment specialists, counselors, curriculum developers, educational technology professionals, and practitioners and policymakers engaged in educational decision-making.
The Journal operates a double-blind peer review process. All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening and are then evaluated by independent experts. Editorial decisions are based on the manuscript’s originality, scholarly contribution, methodological validity, ethical compliance, clarity of presentation, and relevance to the field. The Journal is committed to publication ethics and best practices to safeguard the integrity of the scholarly record.
The Journal is published biannually. Submissions must be original, not previously published, and not under consideration elsewhere.
