İYİ YÖNETİM VE İNSAN HAKLARI İLİŞKİSİ ÜZERİNE DEĞERLENDİRMELER

Abstract

İnsan haklarının korunması ve iyi
yönetim ilkeleri arasında bağlantı olduğu genel kabul görmektedir. Ancak iki
kavram arasındaki ilişkinin teknik boyutları teori ve uygulamada henüz netlik
kazanmamıştır. İyi yönetim ve insan hakları arasındaki karşılıklı ilişkiyi
farklı yönleriyle değerlendirmeyi amaçlayan bu çalışma üç bölümden
oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, iyi yönetim ve insan hakları ilişkisinin genel
çerçevesi; ikinci bölümde, iyi yönetim hakkı; son bölümde ise Türkiye'de
yönetimin insan haklarına uygunluk denetimi ve Kamu Denetçiliği Kurumu
konularına yer verilmektedir.
