Abstract
Bu makalede, ilk olarak, Kur’an’da geçen Bilge kul-Musa kıssasında iletilmek istenen temel mesajın mahiyeti hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci olarak, kıssada “Bilge Kul” olarak anılan ve fakat İslam kültüründe “Hızır” olarak adlandırılan kişinin gerçekten tarihte yaşamış bir insan olup olmadığı konusuna açıklık kazandırılmıştır. Son olarak, özellikle İslam tasavvuf kültüründeki Hızır figürünün mitolojik karakteri gözler önüne serilmiştir.

Abstract
In this article, firstly, the content of the primary message concerning the story of Wise Creature andMoses in the Our’an was examined. Secondly, whether the person who was mentioned in the Story as a wise man and called as Khidr in the Islamic culture lived really in the history or not. Thirdley and lastly, the mythical character of Khidr in the traditional Islamic mysticism was especially elaborated.
