Examination of Class Teachers’ Interpersonal Self Efficacy Beliefs and Organizational Trust

Abstract

In this study which aims to determine the interpersonal self-sufficiency perceptions and organizational trust of the classroom teachers, it was questioned whether determine the interpersonal selfsufficiency perceptions and organizational trust of the classroom teachers who works in the central townships of Kayseri province changes according to some variables. With this aim usable data was obtained from 300 classroom teachers from 15 central schools. Survey method was used in this study. There was no significant difference between gender, marital status and job experience variables and interpersonal self-sufficiency perceptions and organizational trust of the classroom teachers, but the interpersonal self-sufficiency perceptions and organizational trust of the teachers who works in crowded classrooms were higher. There was no significant difference found between organizational trust perceptions and gender and marital status variables, but there were significant differences between job experience and classroom size variables. Teachers whose job experience is higher had higher organizational trust levels in the sub dimensions of sensitivity and communication. In the study there was a positive relationship between self-sufficiency perceptions and organizational trust levels of classroom teachers in terms of all sub dimensions
