Abstract

The concepts of
organizational justice and organizational identification have always been found
interesting by researchers in terms of determining employees’  behavior in organizations. The aim of this
study is to determine the relationship between organizational justice and
organizational identification. In order to realize this aim, 192 of 260
employees in a manufacturing company operating in Izmir province were able to
obtain data using questionnaire technique. These data were analyzed using SPSS
and AMOS statistical programs. As a result of the analyses made, it has been
found that there is a positive relationship between organizational justice and
organizational identification. According to the results of the relationship
between organizational justice dimensions and organizational identification,
there is a positive relationship between distributive justice and
organizational identification, and there is no statistically significant
relationship between procedural and interactional justice dimensions and
organizational identification. The results were similar to the results of the
study investigating the relationship between organizational justice and
organizational identification. In consequence of these findings, the
theoretical and practical effects of the obtained data were discussed and
suggestions were made to managers and future studies.

Örgütsel Adalet ile Örgütsel Özdeşleşme Arasındaki İlişkinin İncelenmesi

Year 2019, Volume: 11 Issue: 18, 1001 - 1024, 30.06.2019

Abstract

adalet boyutları ile örgütsel özdeşleşme ilişkisine ait sonuçlara göre ise;
