OPUS Journal of Society Research (JSR) is an international, peer-reviewed, and open-access scientific journal dedicated to the rigorous study of human behavior within its social environment. Sponsored by the ADAMOR Society Research Center and the Urban Studies Institute, the journal carries a decade-long academic legacy as the direct successor to OPUS Turkish Journal of Social Policies and Work Life Studies and OPUS International Journal of Society Research. Committed to the highest standards of publishing ethics, OPUS JSR operates under the principles of COPE and DOAJ. All manuscripts undergo a strict double-blind peer-review process, and accepted works are published under a CC BY license with a unique DOI numberassigned to each article.
Since its transition to a fully electronic, continuous publishing model in 2018, the journal has focused on digital accessibility and global reach. Having been indexed by ULAKBİM TR Index since 2018, OPUS JSR launched a renewed strategic vision in 2022 to further enhance its international visibility. By migrating its entire print archive to the digital environment, the journal ensures that its long-standing academic contributions remain permanently accessible to the global scientific community.
