Aşağı Anterior Rezeksiyon

Öz

Rektum tümörlerinde rezeksiyonun genişliği ve anastomozun düzeyi tümörün yerleşimine göre değişir. Aşağı anterior rezeksiyon tanımı (AAR) rektum rezeksiyonundan sonra anastomoz düzeyinin peritoneal refleksiyonun altında kaldığı ameliyatları tanımlar.

Lower Anterior Resection

Öz

The level of the resection of the rectum and the rectal anastomosis depends on the location of the tumor. Low anterior resection (LAR) defines the operations in which anastomosis are located below the peritoneal reflection after the removal of some part of the rectum. Generally, LAR is the type of operation preferred for tumors located in the upper or middle 1/3 of the rectum. It can be performed transabdominally with open, laparoscopic or robotic techniques, depending on the experience of the surgeon. Laparoscopic and robotic methods have the advantages of less postoperative pain, early going back to work, less postoperative hernia and sexual dysfunctions.
