Abstract

Abstract

Royal
jelly has been used in manufacturing of cosmetics and commercial medical
products and as a founctional food. Royal jelly which used during the lifetime
of queen bee and three days by larval and has health promotion effects on
humans. Royal jelly which is rich from essential amino acids, consist of many
kind of phenolic coumpounds, fatty acids, proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and
minerals. This review explains the hypoglisemic, hypothensive,
hypocholestrolemic, antitumor, antidiabetic effects of royal jelly and its
effect on devolepment of metabolic syndrome.
