Abstract

Eylem araştırması sistematik, yansıtmalı ve işbirlikli sorgulamadır. Öğretmenler, okul müdürleri veya diğer paydaşlar öğretimin kalitesini artırmak için veri toplarlar. Ölçme, keşfetme, araştırma, tartışma, belgelendirme, değerlendirme, analiz etme, iyileştirme ve gözden geçirme döngüsel eylemler olarak gerçekleşir. Bu makalede yazar, eylem araştırmasının tarihini, tanımlarını, varsayımlarını, özelliklerini, sınıflamalarını, diyalektik döngüsünü, geçerliğini, güvenirliğini, analizini ve etik konularını betimlemiştir. Özel eğitimde gerçekleştirilen çeşitli eylem araştırma örnekleri de sağlanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, eylem araştırmalarının öğretmen eğitiminde ve profesyonel gelişmelerindeki önemi tartışılmıştır
