EXAMINING OF THE RELATIONSHIP INVESTORS OPERATING IN STOCK EXCHANGE AND BROKERAGE HOUSE IN THE CONTEXT OF TRUST, LOYALTY AND INVOLVEMENT TOWARD STOCK EXCHANGE
Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between investors in the stock exchange and the brokerage house in the context of trust, involvement and loyalty variables. Besides, another purpose of this study is to determine whether trust, involvement toward the stock exchange and loyalty show difference according to the demographic factors such as age, gender, marital status, educational status, duration of being active at the stock exchange, brokerage house. In order to achieve this purposes, the data has collected from the individuals who interested in stock exchange in Kayseri. Total 241 questionnaires used in the analyses. The analyses were performed using SPSS 20.0 (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). As a result of the analyses, it has been found that trust and involvement toward the stock exchange have a positive effect on loyalty. It was determined that only the level of involvement in the stock exchange varies according to the age of the participants. No differences were detected related to the other demographic factors and other variables.
