Peer Review and Publication Process

1. Editorial Pre-Evaluation

The Editor-in-Chief checks the manuscript for scope, purpose, and ethical compliance.

Eligible manuscripts are sent to two internal reviewers.

Internal reviewers assess the topic, method, and findings.

An Assistant Editor checks formatting and runs a plagiarism scan (Turnitin).

At this stage, author and reviewer identities are disclosed (transparent review).

2. External Review Process

The Section Editor appoints two external reviewers.

Reviewers assess the manuscript in detail for scientific quality.

Two positive reports → Accepted

One positive, one negative → Sent to a third reviewer

At least two positive reviews are required for acceptance.

3. Pre-Publication Steps

Final reading by the Editor-in-Chief

English language check

Published with peer review reports

Review Model:

Transparent (open) peer review in the internal stage

Single-blind or double-blind review models used externally
