As part of our efforts to enhance academic quality and international visibility, Politik Ekonomik Kuram (PEK) will implement the following two changes in its publication policy starting from 2026:

• Manuscripts written in English will be given priority in the publication process. This decision aims to increase the journal’s visibility in the international academic community and improve citation impact.
• All manuscripts written in Turkish must include an extended abstract in English of at least 750 words. The extended abstract should clearly present the theoretical framework, methodology, key findings, and conclusions of the study.

Authors are kindly requested to consider these updates when preparing their submissions for the 2026 issues of PEK.
