Primary development of small peasant farming structure in the agriculture of the country causes the trend of unsustainable development, reducing the competitiveness and efficiency of the industry. Underestimation of the role of this kind of entrepreneurial activity holds back the rural cooperation development. The need and the mechanisms for priority development of different forms of cooperation in the production, processing and sale of agricultural products, logistical and service support of the industry as the most effective form of rural entrepreneurship are grounded
