ANALYSIS OF FACTORS AFFECTING CHOICE OF BANK

Abstract

This paper aims to investigate factors affecting on choice of bank customers based on questionnaire implemented in Bishkek. Results show that the main factors influencing on customer choice are related with the stability and quality of banking services. Along with this such factors as interest rate of credits, location and number of branches are important factors too.

Abstract

Статья направлена на изучение факторов, влияющих на выбор клиентов банка на основе анкеты, реализованной в Бишкеке. Результаты показывают, что основные факторы, влияющие на выбор клиента, связаны со стабильностью и качеством банковских услуг. Наряду с этим важными факторами являются также процентная ставка кредитов, место и количество филиалов.
