The logic of higher education today is to ensure that the management of complex modern production,
the future professionals need a higher level of specific market knowledge, multiplied by the development
of creative thinking. Only such an approach to learning gives them the ability to quickly navigate
the constantly changing environment, to cope with the challenges and issues that do not have
standard solutions, to participate in research activities.
In this regard, Kirghiz University of Economics given that the process of diversification of higher
education institutions wore a quantitative nature, to the detriment of the quality of training, the degree
of duplication in the preparation of the same experts, excluding the labor market needs, since 2004,
moved on to training in areas "Economics" and "Management" at the Bologna education system that is
sought the path of transition from quantitative growth to quality training, growth
