Abstract

This paper examines existence feasible trends economic development Kyrgyz Republic. Collapse former Soviet Union served as a proof needy an extreme form economic system, a command economy leaded by a false, utopian communist ideology. People are accustomed comprehensive care state, clashed into all the problems of «face to face» self-involved in the process of transition to a market economy, free coercion and guidance in order to survive. Further development economy was under dominance driving forces market economy: freedom entrepreneurship, creation of private property, «self-interest» - as primary motive human behavior. However, positive trend in GDP growth, to some extent, will improve standard living, vast majority population is permanently expressed their dissatisfaction to achieved level living protests, its highest form - revolutions - twice exiled their presidents. Prime cause for historic event is inadequacy attained level GDP growth to genuine standard living, critical levels unemployment and poverty, others are its consequences. By manipulating growth GDP indicator living standards for political purposes, Government rather bad managed economies. Examining economics transition, to ensure survival, author proposes a program based on theory economy, promote economic competitiveness. Confirmed Keynesian idea economics is not perceived as a ready recipes for applicable, and an effective tool to achieve economic goals
