Abstract
This article presents an analysis of inter-state cooperation and agreements between the Russian Federation and the Kyrgyz Republic to promote construction projects Haute-Naryn cascade HPP and HPP-1 Kambaratinskaya of the Mid-Naryn cascade. The author gives a detailed description of the assumptions of the projects and their impact on the energy security of the country and the Central Asian region
