This paper presents the results of marketing research conducted among food and beverage enterprises consumers’ in Bishkek. The purpose of this survey was to ascertain the perceptions of consumers on the state of hygiene in the food and beverage enterprises, customer satisfaction, as well as their reaction when they are faced with negative events of hygiene and sanitation issues. As a result, it was found that the food and beverage enterprises do not fully comply with hygiene standards
