В статье рассматривается роль государства в обеспечении функционирования рыночной экономической системы на основе различных концептуальных подходов. Приводятся точки зрения авторов, участвующих в дискуссии о сочетании плана и рынка в процессе государственного регулирования экономики, его целях, методах и степени участия. Приводится авторская трактовка понятия «государственное регулирование» и обзор национальных моделей государственного регулирования, а также основные характеристики национальных моделей экономики евразийского типа. Заостряется внимание на таджикском варианте сочетания плана и рынка в малой открытой экономике.
The article discusses the role of the state in ensuring the functioning of a market economic system based on various conceptual approaches. The points of view of the authors participating in the discussion about the combination of the plan and the market in the process of state regulation of the economy, its goals, methods and degree of participation are given. The author’s interpretation of the concept of “state regulation” and a review of national models of state regulation, as well as the main characteristics of national models of the Eurasian economy, are given. Attention is focused on the Tajik version of the combination of a plan and a market in a small open economy.
