REP aims to contribute to the support and development of science with the Open Access Policy with the content it publishes. Accordingly, REP adopts an Open Access Policy in light of the principles defined by the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI).

Each article published in REP is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License. This license allows the use of all published articles, datasets, visuals, and attachments in data mining applications, search engines, websites, blogs, and other platforms so long as the source is cited according to accepted standards. Readers can access all of the journal's scientific publications without becoming a member or paying any fees.
