Güncel iktisadi tartışmalarda giderek artan biçimde iktisadi insanın davranışları ile psikoloji arasındaki ilişkiler ele alınmaktadır. Antik çağda kullanılan yaklaşımda görülen spiritus animalis kavramı da bu doğrultuda bir insani özellik olarak değerlendirilebilir. Yerleşik iktisadın insanı sadece bir akıl varlığı olarak kabul etmesine rağmen, Keynes, Veblen ve Schumpeter gibi iktisatçılar insan davranışına dair özgün yaklaşımlara yönelmişlerdir. Bu bağlamda, iktisadın daha fazla formalizme ihtiyacı olmadığı ve felsefe ile daha güçlü bağlar kurulması gerektiği iddia edilebilir
The relationship between the behavior of economic man and psychology is increasingly being discussed in contemporary economic debates. The concept of spiritus animalis seen in the ancient times’ approach could also be evaluated as a human characteristic in this direction. Although mainstream economics does not regard human beings as a rational being, economists such as Keynes, Veblen and Schumpeter have focused on specific approaches to human behavior. The journal "Researcher: Social Sciences Studies" (RSSS), which started its publication life in 2013, continues its activities under the name of "Researcher" as of August 2020, under Ankara Bilim University.
It is an internationally indexed, nationally refereed, scientific and electronic journal that publishes original research articles aiming to contribute to the fields of Engineering and Science in 2021 and beyond.
The journal is published twice a year, except for special issues.
Candidate articles submitted for publication in the journal can be written in Turkish and English. Articles submitted to the journal must not have been previously published in another journal or sent to another journal for publication.
