Türk İtfaiye Teşkilatlarında Temiz Hava Solunum Cihazları Kullanımı Genel Bakımı ve Dolumu

Abstract

Yangın müdahale personelleri ve madenciler başta olmak üzere; çalışma alanında zehirli gazlar ile karşılaşıp bu riskli durumlarda çalışmak zorunda olan birçok meslek dalı bulunmaktadır. Özellikle kapalı alanlarda çıkan ve ısıdan etkilenen malzemelerin sıcaklıktan buharlaşması, zehirli gazları ortama yayacağı gibi müdahale edilmemesi durumunda parlama/patlamaya aşamasına kadar gidecek büyük hasarlara yol açacağı da bilinmektedir. Zaman içerisinde gelişen teknoloji ile itfaiyecilerin yangından kaynaklı oluşan dumanlı (zehirli gazlar) bölgelerde rahat nefes alması, Afet, Kurtarma ve KBRN gibi yüksek tehlikeli işlerin müdahalesinde nefes alma ihtiyacını karşılayabilecek temiz hava solunum setlerine bağlıdır. Bu cihazlar normal atmosferde serbest halde dolaşan oksijenin basınç altında depolanması ile istenildiği zaman kullanılabilen teknolojik araçlardır. Yaptığımız bu çalışma da Temiz hava solunum cihazları hakkında araştırma yapılarak işletmelerdeki benzer cihazların özellikleri ve kullanım durumları ile ilgili Türkiye deki itfaiye teşkilatlarına e-anket yöntemi ile 9 soruluk bir araştırma çalışması yapılmış, 239 itfaiye personelinin katılımı ile birçok farklı itfaiye teşkilatından alınan cevaplar istatistiksel olarak yorumlanmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda itfaiye teşkilatında çalışan yangın müdahale personellerinin kullanmakta olduğu temiz hava solunum cihazlarının kişisel olmadığı, dolum esnasında güvenlik tedbirlerinin yetersiz olduğu, dolum/bakımların zamanında yapılmadığı, hijyen konularında eksikliklerin olduğu ve bulaşıcı hastalıklara karşı önlem alınmadığı gibi sonuçlar ortaya çıkmıştır.

General Maintenance and Filling of the Use of Fresh Air Breathing Devices in Turkish Fire Brigades

Abstract

Especially fire response personnel and miners; there are many professions that encounter toxic gases in the working area and have to work in these risky situations. It is also known that the evaporation of heat-affected materials, especially in closed areas, will spread toxic gases to the environment, and if not intervened, it will cause great damage up to the flashing/explosion stage. With the developing technology over time, the breathing of firefighters in smoky (toxic gases) areas caused by fire depends on fresh air breathing sets that can meet the need for breathing in the intervention of high-hazardous works such as Disaster, Rescue and CBRN. These devices are technological tools that can be used at any time by storing the oxygen under pressure, which circulates freely in the normal atmosphere. In this study, we conducted a research on clean air respirators and a 9-question research study was conducted with the e-questionnaire method for the fire brigades in Turkey regarding the features and usage situations of similar devices in the enterprises, and the answers received from many different fire brigades were interpreted statistically with the participation of 239 firefighters. . At the end of the study, it was concluded that the fresh air breathing devices used by the firefighting personnel working in the fire department were not personal, the safety measures were insufficient during filling, the filling/maintenance was not done in a timely manner, there were deficiencies in hygiene and no precautions were taken against infectious diseases.
