With this research, it is aimed to determine how Patient Safety is perceived and applied in the Physical Therapy Department of a Training and Research Hospital in terms of both patient and patient relatives who are served.
Two separate questionnaires were prepared for the treatment of Patient Safety with two-sided viewpoint, and the employees at various levels working in the Physical Therapy Department were treated with distant and inpatient illnesses. 107 responded to the patient / patient relatives, and 30 individuals responded to the questions as the health practitioner. As a result of the research, open areas for improvement of patient safety in physical therapy applications have been identified and recommendations have been made.
