SARAD journal is a fully open access paid e-journal.
1. Fee Policy
The Journal of Health and Social Welfare Research requests a fee at the submission stage for submitted academic studies. This fee is requested for the following services that occur during the preparation process for publication:
• Carrying out the typesetting, layout and formal arrangements of the article,
• Integrating the content into the system by making it compatible with the digital publication infrastructure,
• Completing the necessary technical control and pre-publication preparations,
• Payment of review fees,
The fee is requested especially for the continuation of the journal's digital publication process and preserving its quality.
2. Nature and Timing of the Fee
The fee is requested “without regard to the acceptance or rejection of the article” in accordance with the Interuniversity Board (ÜAK) Associate Professorship Criteria. In this context:
• After the article has successfully completed the preliminary evaluation and technical process,
• Before the referee evaluation process is started, the fee must be deposited into the relevant account.
• Detailed information regarding payment will be sent to authors via e-mail after the technical procedures of the article are completed.

• The peer review process will not be initiated for articles for which the fee has not been paid.

3. Refund and Withdrawal Conditions
• The fee is collected after the application is processed.

• Half of the fee will be refunded for articles that are withdrawn by the author(s),
• Rejected by the editor or the peer review process.
