Mesut Teleş, PhD, is an assistant professor in the Niğde Zübeyde Hanım School of Health, Department of Health Management at Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University, Turkey. He holds a MSc and a PhD in healthcare management. His research focuses on quality in healthcare, patient safety culture, readiness for hospital discharge, work stress and multi variable statistical analysis.
Dr. Ibrahim Duyar received his Ph.D. in educational leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He served as a school principal, director of schools, university professor, and consultant in local, national, and international organizations. Dr. Duyar is currently a tenured full-research professor at the Center for Excellence in Education, Arkansas State University, USA. Dr. Duyar teaches doctoral-level courses, including advanced leadership theories, leading change and organizational behavior, and educational policy and politics of education. Dr. Duyar’s research focuses on the antecedents, processes, and outcomes of workplace attitudes, behaviors, and performance of the educational workforce, with a special focus on the effects of leadership. His interdisciplinary research connects educational leadership praxis with industrial psychology, psychology, and sociology.
Prof. Dr. Ramazan Erdem received his bachelor's degree in 1994, his master's degree in 1997, and his doctorate in 2003 in Health Management from Hacettepe University (Türkiye). In 2009, he became an Associate Professor in Management and Organization, and in 2014, he was promoted to Professor. Since 2009, he has been a faculty member and head of the Department of Health Management in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Süleyman Demirel University. Prof. Erdem is a member of the Health Administrators Association, the European Union Health Research Center (ABSAM), the International Strategic Health Research Center (USSAM), and the Medical Decision Science Association of Taiwan (MEDSAT). Additionally, he has served on the Board of the Institute for Turkish Health Policy Studies since 2017. His main research interests include critical management and medical studies, health sociology, and the impact of global warming and climate change on healthcare. He holds leadership roles in several academic initiatives, including founding the Workshop of Critical Perspectives in Management (2017) and the Workshop of Health Sociology (2020). Currently, he directs the Thematic Research Group on Global Warming, Climate Change, and Healthcare Services, focusing on sustainable healthcare solutions in response to environmental challenges.
Prof., Dr. R.S. Abdullayeva currently works as a department head at the Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and a professor at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (with 0.5 staff units). She is the author of more than 120 scientific works (including 3 individual, 13 collective monographs, 1 textbook) published in Azerbaijani, Russian, Turkish, English, Chinese. Her scientific works have been published in prestigious international scientific databases (SCOPUS, Dergipark, IDOSI, etc.). Her scientific works have been published in Turkey, the United States of America, Malta, Great Britain, Hungary, the UAE, Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine and other countries. She has delivered reports at 40 local and international scientific conferences. 4 dissertations have been defended under the leadership of R.S. Abdullayeva. She conducts scientific research on the state regulation of the social protection system, labor market, healthcare system, ensuring social security, repatriation of internally displaced persons, etc. The results of his research were used in the Ministry of Economy, the Central Bank, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, and the State Statistical Committee. He has more than 20 years of scientific and pedagogical experience. He is the chairman of the Public Union of Economists of Turkic-Speaking States. In 2006, he was awarded the "Young Scientist of the Year" award by the Ministry of Youth and Sports for his achievements in the field of science.
