Abstract

Bir işletmede istenildiği kadar malzemenin hazır bulundurulması ve gereğinden fazla malzemeninde bulundurularak ilave stok maliyetlerine yol açmaması için kullanılan malzemelerin optimum sipariş miktarını
ve zamanını belirleyecek şekilde, uygun stok kontrolu yapılması gereklidir.
