iyileştirmek için çalışmalar yapmaktadırlar. Buçalışmalar neticesinde öğrendik ki, Değişim
Mühendisliği çalışmaları çok kazançlı sonuçlar verir.Değişim Mühendisliğinin üstünlükleri, müşteriilişkilerinin değişiminde ve pazardakiorganizasyonun yeniden yapılanmasında odaklanır.
