POLİAMİN -POLİÜRE REÇiNESİNİN SENTEZLE NMESİ VE Cd(II) İYONLARININ SULU ÇÖZELTiLERDEN ADSORPSİYONLA GİDERİLMESİNDE KULLANILMASI

Abstract

Sulu çözeltilerden Cd (Il) iyonlannın adsorpsiyonla giderilmesinde kullanılan poliamin-poliüre reçinesi TDI (toluendüzosiyanat) ve TETA (trietilentetraamin) kullanılarak hazırlanmıştır. Adsorpsiyona pH değişimi, adsorbanın dozu, karıştırma süresinin ve başlangıç derişiminin etkisi incelenmiştir. Adsorban pH 6,0' da, 0,5 g/1 00 ml, reçine dozunda ve 60 dakika karıştırma süresinde Cd (ll) iyonları için iyi sorpsiyon özelliği göstermiştir. Deney sonuçlarının Langnıiur ve Freundlich denge eşitliklerine uygunluğunun araştırılması sonucunda kemisorpsiyonu açıklayan Langınuir denge eşitliğine 0,998 korelasyon katsayısıyla uyduğu görülmüştür. Maksimum adsorpsiyon kapasitesi 7,305 mg/g olarak bulunmuştur. Sonuçlar sentezlenen reçinenin yilksek adsorpsiyon kapasitesine sahip olduğunu gösteıınektedir.
