THE EFFECT OF TRUSTING TO MANAGER TO COMMITMENT TO MANAGER AN ANALYSIS WITH STRUCTURAL EQUITY MODEL

Abstract

The meaning of trust to manager is, to confide him/she that he/shekeeps his/her promises. To commitment to manager is, attach him/she to beemotional and logical. Manager could direct employers by using legalauthority or to increase the commitment and affection to himself/herself. It’sthinkable that, if a employee trust manager his/her commitment to managerincrease. Accordingly, it’s affirmed that to trusted to manager by employerscould facilitiate the directing process. In this research according to this idea the hypothesis of to trust manager to increase him/her commitment is developed. The result of research which in accordance with this hypothesis that, the competency and honesty dimensions of the trust to manager is possitive affect the commitment to manager.
