KULUÇKA SONRASI DÖNEMDE TAVUK (GALLUS GALLUS DOMESTICA) DUODENUM GOBLET HÜCRELERİNİN HİSTOKİMYASAL YAPISI

Abstract

Özet: Kuluçkadan sonra 7 ve 60 günlük tavukların (Gallus gallus domestica) duodenumunda yer alan Goblet hücrelerindeki glikoprotein içeriği klasik histokimyasal yöntemlerle belirlendi. Her iki dönemde de villusun tamamındaki lamina epiteliyalis ve kriptlerde yerleşim gösteren Goblet hücrelerinin asidik, nötral, sülfatlı asidik mukosubstans ile O- sülfat esterli ve güçlü sülfatlı glikoproteinleri içerdiği belirlendi. Asidik ve sülfatlı asidik mukosubstansın baskın olduğu gözlendi.

HISTOCHEMICAL CHARACTERIZATION OF MUCOUS CELLS IN THE DUODENUM OF THE CHICKEN (GALLUS GALLUS DOMESTICA) AFTER HATCHING PERIOD

Abstract: The characteristics of glycoproteins in the mucous cells of 7 and 60 days after hatching Gallus gallus domestica duodenum were investigated histochemically using conventional methods. It was determined that mucous cells located in the villus lamina epithelialis and crypts and these cells contained acidic, neutral and sulphated asidic mucosubstance, glycoproteins with O- sulphate esters and very sulphated in both period. Asidic and sulphated asidic mucosubstances were dominant.
