Hazır Giyim Üretiminde Karşılaşılan Ölçü ve Simetri Hatalarının Önlenmesi

Abstract

Hazır giyim üretiminde kalite ile birlikte müşterilerin temel beklentisi her bir bedene sahip ürünün, ilgili bedene ait ölçülere sahip olmasıdır. Bununla birlikte, hazır giyim ürünlerindeki simetrinin, şekil ve estetik olarak sağlanmasıdır. Ürünlerde karşılaşılan ölçü ve simetri sorunlarına, kullanılan kumaş, gerçekleştirilen kesim işlemi, operatörün tecrübesizliği, dikimde kullanılan makine gibi faktörler sebep olabilmektedir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, müşteri beklentileri doğrultusunda ürünlerde beklenen ölçülerin ve simetrik görüntünün sağlanması amacıyla yeni bir ölçüm sisteminin geliştirilmesidir. Bununla birlikte, her adımda kalite kontrol felsefesinin toplam kalite yönetimi başlığı altında numune departmanına entegre edilmesidir. Gerçekleştirilen takip ve analizler sonucunda, departmanın ilk durumunda 392 adet ürün incelenmiştir. Bunlardan 210 (%53,5) tanesi sağlam iken, geriye kalan hatalı ürünlerden 66 (%16,8) tanesi basic t-shirt, 60 (%15,3) tanesi polo t-shirt, 56 (%14,2) tanesi de sweatshirt ürünleridir. Geliştirilen sistemin numune departmanında uygulanması ile toplamda 360 adet ürün incelenmiş ve bunlardan 237 (%65,8) tanesi sağlam, geriye kalan ürünlerden 110 (%30,5) tanesi ise dikim işlemi sırasında geliştirilen sistem sayesinde hatası tespit edilerek kurtarılan ürünlerdir.

Prevention of Measurement and Symmetry Errors Encountered in Clothing Production

Abstract

Along with the quality of clothing production, the basic expectation of the customers is that the product in every size has the dimensions of the relevant body. Moreover, symmetry in clothing products can be achieved in shape and aesthetics. The measurement and symmetry problems encountered can be caused by processes such as the fabric used, the cutting process, the inexperience of the operator, and the machine used in sewing. The aim of this research is to develop a new measurement system in order to provide the desired dimensions and symmetrical appearance in the products in line with customer expectations. However, at every step, the philosophy of quality control is imposed on the sample department under the title of total quality management. As a result of the follow-up and analysis, 392 products were examined in the initial state of the department. While 210 (53.5%) of them were intact, the remaining 66 (16.8%) were faulty basic t-shirts, 60 (15.3%) were faulty polo t-shirts, and 56 (14.2%) were also faulty sweatshirt products. With the application of the developed system in the sample department, a total of 360 products were examined and 237 (65.8%) of them were intact, while 110 (30.5%) of the remaining products were found to be faulty and recovered thanks to the system developed during the sewing process.
