Öz
Nevşehir ilinde bulunan 4 ve 5 yıldızlı otel işletmelerinde çalışan işgörenlerin örgütsel destek algılamaları ile örgütsel bağlılıkları arasındaki ilişkiyi irdelemeyi amaçlayan bu araştırma sonucunda; algılanan örgütsel destek ile duygusal ve normatif bağlılık arasında pozitif yönlü bir ilişki izlenirken, algılanan örgütsel destek ile devam bağlılığı arasında negatif yönlü bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Ayrıca, örgütsel destek algılamalarının duygusal, normatif ve devam bağlılığını etkilediği bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır
