Öz
Bu çalışmada duygusal örgütsel bağlılık ile iş tatmini ve iş tatminin 9 alt boyutu arasındaki ilişkiler analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada Allen ve Meyer’in (1990) geliştirdikleri örgütsel bağlılık anketi ile Spector (1994) tarafından geliştirilmiş olan iş tatmini anketi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma toplam 184 katılımcı ile yürütülmüştür. Analiz sonuçlarına göre, duygusal örgütsel bağlılık ile genel iş tatmini arasında olumlu yönde güçlü bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Tatmin alt boyutlarına bakıldığında ise, toplam 9 alt boyuttan 6 tanesi duygusal örgütsel bağlılık ile ilişkili çıkmış, diğer 3 tanesi ile herhangi bir ilişkinin varlığına rastlanmamıştır
