Öz

Yapılan araştırmalarda duygusal zekânın çatışmayı çözümleme yöntemleri üzerinde etkili olduğuna ilişkin hipotezler bulunmaktadır. Bu araştırma, çatışma çözümleme yöntemlerinin duygusal zekâ ile ilişkilerini ortaya çıkarmayı amaçlamıştır. Araştırmada, Schutte’nın duygusal zekâ ve Rahim’in çatışmayı çözümleme anketleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya, 291 çalışan dâhil edilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda; kendi duygularının farkında olma ve duyguların olumlu kullanımı boyutları, bütünleştirme ve uzlaşma boyutlarıyla pozitif ilişkili bulunmuştur
