Öz

Çalışmanın amacı, Erzurum’da Devlet ve özel hastanelerde çalışan sağlık personelinin örgütsel işlem adaleti algılarını ve bunun iş tatmini ve örgütsel bağlılık üzerindeki etkisini incelemektir. Çalışma, örgütsel işlem adaletinin iş tatmini yaratacağı ve bunun da örgütsel bağlılığa katkı sağlayacağı varsayımı üzerine kuruludur. Araştırmanın bulgularından, örgütsel işlem adaletinin iş tatmini, iş tatmininin ise, duygusal bağlılığa katkı sağladığı anlaşılmıştır
