Abstract

There are many factors that affect working conditions in working life. Mobbing also has a structure that directly affects today's working conditions. It is thought that mobbing has an effect on organiza- tional stress and employee behavior. For this reason, it was aimed to measure the effect of mobbing on organizational stress and employee behavior in this study. In addition to this basic purpose, or- ganizational stress has also been investigated in terms of employee behavior. In the research, Qureshi et al. (2015) tested with 28 items of mobbing, 25 items of organizational stress and 25 items of employee behavior scales were used. The data set of the research was obtained from health work- ers working in a state hospital in Antalya. According to the purpose of the research three hypotheses were proposed and a model was created. The created model was tested by means of LISREL. The tested model are significant results and supported the proposed hypothesis in research. As a result of research, results have been reached that mobbing to affect organizational stress, mobbing affect employee behavior and organizational stress also affect employee behavior.

PSİKOLOJİK YILDIRMANIN ÖRGÜTSEL STRESE VE ÇALIŞAN DAVRANIŞINA ETKİSİ: ANTALYA ALAN ARAŞTIRMASI

Year 2018, Volume: 23 Issue: 2, 499 - 508, 30.04.2018
