INVESTIGATION OF GREEN BEHAVIOR OF EMPLOYEES IN CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK

Abstract

By Hofmann, Griffin and Gavin and Kozlowski and Klein (2000) mainstreamed the employee green behavior define that contribute to the environmental sustainability of the organization and pro- environment behavior exhibited by employees in the organization.Employee green behaviours are becoming a contemporary topic in foreign literature and the number of studies on this subject is increasing day by day. In the Turkish literature, although the concept of green behavior is dealt with in different ways, a study that deals with the concept of working green behavior conceptually is not saw. The purpose of this study is to provide a conceptual framework for "Employee Green Behaviour" and this new notion is to acquire Turkish literature.

ÇALIŞANLARIN YEŞİL DAVRANIŞININ KAVRAMSAL ÇERÇEVEDE İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Hofmann, Griffin ve Gavin ile Kozlowski ve Klein (2000) tarafından yaygınlaştırılmış olan çalışanların yeşil davranışı kavramı örgüt içerisinde çalışanlar tarafından sergilenen çevre yanlısı ve örgütün çevresel sürdürülebilirliğine katkı sağlayan bireysel davranışlar olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Çalışanların yeşil davranışı yabancı literatürde güncel bir konu olarak göze çarpmakta ve gün geçtikte bu konuyla ilgili olarak yapılan çalışmaların sayısı artmaktadır. Türkçe literatürde ise yeşil davranış kavramı farklı yönleriyle ele alınsa da çalışan yeşil davranışı konusunu kavramsal açıdan ele alan bir çalışma göze çarpmamaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı yabancı literatürde “Employee Green Behaviour” olarak geçen “Çalışanların Yeşil Davranışı” ile ilgili kavramsal bir çerçeve oluşturularak bu yeni kavramın Türkçe literatüre kazandırılmasını sağlanmaktır.
