Year 2019, Volume: 24 Issue: 4, 1045 - 1066, 30.10.2019

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between positive psychological capital and emotional labor behaviors of health personnel. In addition, it is aimed to determine whether there is a significant relationship between demographic variables and emotional labor and positive psychological capital sub-dimensions. The study was carried out with 520 health personnel working in Tokat provincial and district state hospitals. Cronbach Alpha reliability analysis was applied to test the reliability of the questionnaire questions. Structural Equation Model (SEM) was applied to examine the relationship between positive psychological capital and emotional labor. Finally, the effect of the sub-dimensions of positive psychological capital on the emotional labor sub-dimensions was examined with the path analysis technique. According to SEM results; there was a two-way relationship between emotional labor and positive psychological capital. According to the results of the path analysis, deep act and genuine act increase as the level of optimism increases; the level of surface act decreases. In addition, as the level of resilience increases, the level of deep and genuine act increases.

HASTANE ÇALIŞANLARININ DEMOGRAFİK ÖZELLİKLERİNİN POZİTİF PSİKOLOJİK SERMAYE VE DUYGUSAL EMEK ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİ İLE ARALARINDAKİ İLİŞKİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Year 2019, Volume: 24 Issue: 4, 1045 - 1066, 30.10.2019
