KONJENİTAL DÜZELTİLMİŞ BÜYÜK ARTER TRANSPOZİSYONLU GEBEDE PERİKARDİYAL EFFÜZYON NEDENİ İLE ACİL SEZERYAN

Year 2022, , 687 - 689, 27.12.2022

Abstract

Doğuştan kalp anomalisi olan hastalarda gebelikteki
kardiyak fizyolojik değişiklikler riskli doğuma neden
olabilir. Bu olgu ile c-TGA’lı gebede perikardiyal efüzyona
bağlı kardiyak tamponad ve ani ölüm riski gelişebilecek
hastada acil sezeryan sırasındaki anestezi
yönetimini sunuyoruz.

EMERGENCY CESAREAN SECTION DUE TO PERICARDIAL EFFUSION IN PREGNANT WITH CONGENITAL CORRECTED GREATER ARTERY TRANSPOSITION

Year 2022, , 687 - 689, 27.12.2022
https://doi.org/10.17343/sdutfd.1131304

Abstract

Cardiac physiologic changes during pregnancy may
cause risky delivery in patients with congenital cardiac
anomalies. In this case, we present the anesthesia
management during emergency cesarean section
in a pregnant woman with c-TGA who may develop
cardiac tamponade and sudden death risk due to
pericardial effusion.
