Abstract
Doğuştan kalp anomalisi olan hastalarda gebelikteki
kardiyak fizyolojik değişiklikler riskli doğuma neden
olabilir. Bu olgu ile c-TGA’lı gebede perikardiyal efüzyona
bağlı kardiyak tamponad ve ani ölüm riski gelişebilecek
hastada acil sezeryan sırasındaki anestezi
yönetimini sunuyoruz.

Abstract
Cardiac physiologic changes during pregnancy may
cause risky delivery in patients with congenital cardiac
anomalies. In this case, we present the anesthesia
management during emergency cesarean section
in a pregnant woman with c-TGA who may develop
cardiac tamponade and sudden death risk due to
pericardial effusion.
