Fitnes Salonu Kullanan Bireylerin Fiziksel Aktivitelerine Etki Eden Faktörler (Yalova Örneği)

Abstract

Özet:

Amaç: Fitnes salonu kullanan bireylerin fiziksel aktivitelerine etki eden demografik,
bireysel ve çevresel faktörler vardır. Çalışmanın amacı Yalova ilinde fitness
salonu kullanan bireylerin fiziksel aktivitelerine etki eden faktörleri tespit
etmek ve yorumlamaktır.

Materyal ve Yöntem: Üç yüz kişinin katılımı ile anket çalışması
yapılmıştır.
Elde edilen veriler SPSS (Versiyon 24,0) programına
girilerek veri analizi yapılmıştır. Çalışmada veriler tanımlayıcı istatistik
kullanılarak yapılmıştır.

Bulgular:
Fiziksel
aktivite motivasyonu üzerinde medeni durum ve eğitimin bir etkisinin olmadığı
saptanmıştır. Diğer bütün değişkenlerin çeşitli oranlarda motivasyona etkisinin
olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. 









Sonuç:
Yalova ilinde fitness salonlarında gerçekleştirilen fiziksel aktivitelerin
literatürde belirtilen ölçülerde bütün faktörlerden etkilendiği söylenebilir.
