Futbolcularda Algılanan Motivasyonel İklimin ve Ödüllendirici Davranışın Mevkilere Göre Karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, algılanan motivasyonel iklimin ve ödüllendirici davranışın futbolcularda mevkilere göre karşılaştırılmasıdır. Araştırmaya 2018-2019 sezonunda futbol takımlarında oynayan erkek futbolcular katılmıştır (n=267). Verilerin toplanmasında Sporda Algılanan Motivasyonel İklim Ölçeği (Perceived Motivational Climate in Sport Questionnaire- PMCSQ) ve Sporda Liderlik Ölçeği (Leadership for Sport Scale-LSS) kullanılmıştır. İstatistiksel analizler için; betimsel istatistiksel teknikleri, kolmogorov Smirnoff- Shapira Wilks ve Kruskall Wallis H testi kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonuçları, futbolcuların bulunduğu mevkilere göre performans iklimi [χ^2 (sd=2, n=267) = 4,871] ve ustalık iklimi [χ^2 (sd=2, n=267) = 4,182, p>.05] puanlarının anlamlı bir şekilde farklılaşmadığını göstermektedir. Ancak futbolcuların bulunduğu mevkilere göre ödüllendirici davranış puanlarının anlamlı bir şekilde farklılaşmaktadır [χ^2 (sd=2, n=267) = 64710, p<.05]. Mann Whitney U testi sonuçlarına göre; orta-savunma mevkisinde bulunan futbolcuların algıladıkları ödüllendirici davranış puanları arasında anlamlı bir fark olmadığı bulunmuştur (U=3585.00, p>.05). Ancak; hücum-savunma (U=1644.50, p<.05) ve orta-hücum mevkisindeki (U=1691,000, p<.05) futbolcuların ödüllendirici davranış puanları arasında anlamlı bir fark gözlenmiştir. Araştırmamız futbolcularda algılanan motivasyonel iklime oyuncuların mevkilerin etkisinin olmadığını göstermektedir. Ancak; Futbolcuların bulunduğu mevkinin ödüllendirici davranış puanlarını artırmada etkili olduğunu göstermektedir.
