Durgunsu Kanoya Özgü Denge Antrenmanlarının Dinamik Denge Üzerine Etkisi

Abstract

Araştırmanın amacı, antrenman kanolarıyla (turing) yapılan kanoya özgü denge antrenmanlarının başlangıç sporcularının dinamik denge gelişimlerine olan etkisinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmaya, 30 üniversite öğrencisi katılmıştır. Rastgele yöntemle deney ve kontrol grubu olmak üzere iki grup oluşturulmuştur. Ölçüm yöntemi olarak ‘techno body denge cihazı’ kullanılmıştır. Deney grubuna, antrenman kanolarıyla, haftada üç gün, günde 30 dakika ve toplamda 6 hafta boyunca, su yüzeyinde denge antrenmanları uygulanmıştır. Kontrol grubuna 6 haftalık süre boyunca hiçbir şey yaptırılmamıştır. Ön test için bağımsız örneklem t-testi, ön-test ve son-test sonuçları arasındaki farka bakmak için de iki yönlü anova analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre deney grubu ve kontrol grubunun ön-test çift, sağ ve sol ayak dinamik denge değerleri arasında anlamlı bir fark olmadığı, ön-test ve son-test puanları arasında ise anlamlı farklılık olduğu bulunmuştur. Sonuç olarak, kano antrenman tekneleriyle yapılan, kano sporuna özgü denge antrenmanlarının kano sporuna yeni başlayan üniversite öğrencilerinin dinamik dengelerini geliştirdiği görülmüştür.
