Arka Bölge Dişlerinde Yaygın Çürükler Bulunan Hastanın Rehabilitasyonu- Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Amaç: Dişler çürük, travma, eski restorasyonlar ve endodontik tedavi nedeniyle madde kaybına uğramaktadır. Bu olgu sunumunda amaç kanal tedavisi görmüş dişlerde oluşan madde kaybı sebebiyle dişleri polietilen fiber kullanılarak, zirkonyum kron yapılarak ve ağızda bulunan diğer çürükleri Stamp tekniği kullanarak restore etmektir. Olgu Bildirimi: Farkı bölgelerde lokalizasyon gösteren spontan ağrı ve hassasiyet şikayetiyle kliniğimize başvuran 15 yaşında erkek hastanın yapılan klinik ve radyografik muayenesinde hastanın 16, 17, 36, 46 numaralı dişlerinde derin çürükler; 26, 27, 47 numaralı dişlerinde çürükler tespit edildi. Hastada 16, 36 ve 46 numaralı dişlerde perküsyonda ağrı bulgusuna rastlandı. Tedavilerinin bitirilmesinin ardından hasta takibe alındı. Klinik Sonuç: Madde kaybı fazla olan kanal tedavili dişlerin restorasyonunda fiber kullanılarak kırılma dayanımının artırıldığına dair bilgiler bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca Stamp tekniğinin orijinal oklüzal anatominin yeniden sağlanması, minimum bitirme ve polisaj ihtiyacı gerektirmesi gibi avantajları bulunmaktadır.
