Anterior Estetik Problemin Direkt Kompozit Restorasyon ile Tedavisi

Abstract

Ön bölgedeki şekil ve pozisyon bozukluklarının tedavisinde direkt kompozit rezin restorasyonlar uygulanabilmektedir. Bu olgu sunumunun amacı, direkt yöntemle kompozit rezin kullanılarak ön bölgedeki estetik sorunların tedavisi ile ilgili bir olgu sunumunu anlatmaktır.
Kliniğimize estetik şikâyetlerle başvuran 32 yaşındaki erkek hastanın özgeçmişinde sistemik bir hastalığı olmadığı öğrenildi. Hastaya tedavi yöntemleri anlatıldı ve direkt kompozit veneerler ile dişlerin estetik olarak restore edilmesine karar verildi. Restorasyon tamamlandıktan sonra bitirme ve cila işlemleri yapıldı. 10 gün sonra yapılan klinik değerlendirmede; restorasyonların fiziksel özellikleri, marjinal bütünlüğü ve estetik özellikleri kontrol edildi. Kontrol seansında yapılan restorasyonların hastanın estetik beklentilerini karşıladığı belirlendi. Bu olgu sunumundan elde edilen değerlendirmelere göre kompozit veneerler ortodontik tedavi düşünülmeyen hastalarda estetik olarak alternatif bir tedavi seçeneği olabilir.
