Effects of Diets with Different Levels of Phosphorus on The Fattening Performance and Some Bone Characteristics of Broiler Chicks at Different Growth Periods

Abstract

In this study, it was investigated that the effects of phase feeding diets containing different levels of phosphorus on the performance and some bone characteristics of broiler chicks different periods of growth cycle. Ross-PM3 chicks used in this experiment were separated into four groups. The first group was fed with ration containing 0.45% available phosphorus (AP) during all period of experiment. The second and third groups were fed with 0.45% AP for the first two weeks and later, 0.35% and 0.25% AP at end of experiment, respectively. The fourth group was fed with 0.45% AP for the first two weeks, 0.35% AP for the next two weeks and 0.25% AP for the last two weeks. The body weights of birds at 25 and 35 days and live weight gains at 14-21 days period were affected significant-ly (P<0.05) by ration P level. The body weight and live weight gains of the groups fed with the ration containing 0.45% AP was significantly P<0.05) higher than other groups. Ration P level did not affect significantly feed consumption, feed conversion ratio, bone strength, percentage of bone ash of in all groups.

Fosfor Seviyesi Farklı Rasyonların Etlik Piliçlerin Farklı Büyüme Dönemlerinde Besi Performansı ve Bazı Kemik Özelliklerine Etkileri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, etlik piliçleri büyüme döneminin farklı safhalarında fosfor seviyesi farklı rasyonlarla yemlemenin performans ve bazı kemik özelliklerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Çalışmada kullanılan Ross-PM3 civcivler dört muamele grubuna ayrılmış ve araştırma boyunca, 1. grup %0.45 kullanılabilir fosfor (KP) içeren rasyonla; 2. ve 3. gruplar ilk iki hafta % 0.45 KP ve araştırma sonuna kadar sırasıyla % 0.35 ve 0.25 KP içeren rasyonla; 4. grup ise ilk 2 hafta % 0.45 daha sonraki 2 hafta % 0.35 KP ve son iki hafta % 0.25 KP içeren rasyonla yemlenmişlerdir. Rasyon fosfor seviyesi 21 ve 35. günlerdeki canlı ağırlık (CA) ve 14-21 günlük dönemdeki canlı ağırlık artışını (CAA) önemli düzeyde etkilemiş (P<0.05), % 0.45 KP içeren rasyonla beslenen grubun bu dönemlerdeki CA ve CAA’ları diğer gruplardan önemli derecede daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Rasyon fosfor seviyesi grupların yem tüketimi, yem değerlendirme katsayısı, kemik kırılma direnci ve % kemik külünü önemli derecede etkilememiştir (P>0.05).
