The Design of Combined Seeding Machine Install to Different Rows as Seed and Fertilizer

Abstract

In this study, combined seeding machine install the seed and fertilizer to different rows and bury the fertilizer deeper than the seed to improve has been purposed. In the experiments, home made 2 different combined seeding machine were used.
At the end of the experiments, emergency rate index, field germination rate and yield scores changed between 24.50…26.06 day, 1.34…2.18 number/m.day, % 51.46…76.66, 300.0…509.3 kg/da respectively. From the results, it is determined that the seeding machine which installs the fertilizer in different rows and buries the fertilizer 3 cm deeper than the seed is more suitable for sowing.

Hububat Ekiminde Tohum ve Gübreyi Farklı Sıraya Veren Kombine Ekim Makinasının Tasarımı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, tohum ve gübreyi farklı sıraya ve gübreyi tohuma göre daha derine bırakan kombine ekim maki-nasının geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaca uygun ekim yapabilmek için geliştirilen kombine ekim makinası ile yerli yapım kombine ekim makinası materyal olarak seçilmiştir.
Denemeler sonucunda, makinalara ait ortalama çimlenme süresi 24.50…26.06 gün, çimlenme oranı indeksi 1.34…2.18 adet/m. gün, tarla filiz çıkış derecesi % 51.46…76.66 ve dane verimi değerlerinin 300.0….509.3 kg/da arasında değiştiği tespit edilmiştir. Sonuçta tohumu ve gübreyi farklı sıraya ve gübreyi tohumun 3 cm altına veren makina ile yapılan ekimin en uygun ekim olduğu saptanmıştır.
