Tribolium confusum'da Pupa ve Ergin Ağırlıklarına Ait Genetik Parametreler

Abstract

Bu çalışımada Tribolium confusum Duv. temel populasyonunda pupa ve ergin ağırlıklarına ait kalıtım dereceleri ile bu özellikler arasındaki fenotipik ve genetik korelasyonlar varyans ve kovaryans yönteınleri kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. Kalıtım dereceleri pupa ve ergin ağırlıkları için sırasıyla 0.83 ± 0.11 ve 0.16 ± 0.06 olarak tahmin edilmiştir. Pupa ve ergin ağırlıkları arasındaki fenotipik korelasyon 0.76 ± 0.17, genetik korelasyon ise 0.82 ± 0.20 olarak hesaplanmıştır.

Genetic Parameters of Pupal and Adult Weights in Tribolium confusum

Abstract

Estimates of heritabilities and phenotypic and genetic correlations for pupal and adult weights in the base population of Tribolium confusum were obtained by analysis of variance and covariance of full-sib families. The heritabilities were estimated 0.83 ± 0.11 and 0.16 ± 0.06 for pupal and adult weights, respectively. Phenotypic and genetic correlations between pupal and adult weights were determined as 0.76 ± 0.17 and 0.82 ± 0.20, respectively.
