Determination of Patulin by High Performance Liquid Chromatography in Some Fruit Juices and Concentrates Produced in Turkey

Abstract

Twenty samples of peach pulp, 10 samples of sour cherry pulp, 22 samples of apricot pulp and 14 samples of apricot jui-ce cocentrates produced in Turkey were analysed for patulin by using HPLC. Patulin was not dedected in all of sour cherry samples. Only eight out of 20 of peach pulp samples were found possitive (3,3 – 17,5 µg/kg). While patulin was established in all of 14 apricot pulp concentrate samples (11,2 – 17,8 µg/kg), it was detected between 13,7 and 23,0 µg/kg in only 7 out of 22 samples of apricot pulps.

Türkiye’de Üretilen Bazı Meyve Suyu ve Konsantresinde Patulin Miktarının Hplc İle Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Türkiye’de üretilen 20 şeftali pulpu , 10 vişne pulpu, 22 kayısı pulpu ve 14 kayısı suyu konsantresi örneğinde HPLC ile patulin analiz edilmiştir. Vişne pulpu örneklerinin hiçbirinde patuline rastlanmamıştır. 20 adet şeftali pulpu örneklerinin sadece 8’inde patuline rastlanmıştır ( 3,3 µg/kg-17,5 µg/kg). 14 kayısı pulp konsantresi örneklerinin hepsinde de patuline rastlanırken ( 11,2 µg/kg- 17,8 µg/kg), kayısı pulpu örneklerinin sadece 7’sinde patuline rastlanmıştır ( 13,7 µg/kg – 23,0 µg/kg).
